• New Large-Size KOBELION VS/AG⁺ Compressors (110kW - 160kW):

One of the seminar’s highlights was the launch of KOBELCO’s new large-size KOBELION VS/AG⁺ series compressors, ranging from 110kW to 160kW. The new design includes an advanced air-end and Direct-Gear-Drive system, eliminating the need for coupling and v-belt maintenance, while the integration of IE4 motors significantly reduces energy consumption by up to 15%, supporting a sustainable operation. Notably, the Wide Range Control [VS⁺] feature optimizes energy savings across all pressure points, making it ideal for low-pressure applications in large oil-injected models. The series is equipped for high durability, with a standard dust filter and an optimized cooling system capable of operating in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

• Next-Generation Oil-Free Compressors (ALE Series):

The ALE Series was highlighted for its focus on oil-free, sustainable air compression with a new patented screw rotor design and high-efficiency motor options (IPM/IE4). • New Emeraude-ALE IV R3 & R4 Range (55 kW - 120 kW):

The ALE IV wide-range control system further enhances efficiency by adjusting airflow based on-line pressure, achieving up to a 10% increase in airflow at low pressure points (0.6 MPa for 75 kW models). This energy-conscious design reduces costs and contributes to a sustainable, eco-friendly operation.
